| So far I think that peep sights are not implemented correctly in RO2. I'll talk about M1 garand for a while but this is about all peep sights guns in the game (when it comes to IOM it's DT).
http://www.cheesepatrol.com/images/garand/garand3.jpg This is real life size of hole in the rear sights of M1 garand. Pretty small.
When looking through it you see something like this: http://fc04.deviantart.net/fs70/i/2011/041/d/7/m1_garand_upgrade__ironsight_by_bulletinyurass-d397m25.jpg
Point is that view is much more clear then size of the hole suggests but the game is not able to create this illusion as far as I know. But maybe there is something that could help to improve visibility while looking through peep sights.

This is photo of M1 garand sights from Rising Storm (notice that hole is bigger then in real life and visibility is still not fine). On the left side Depth of Field is enabled and on the right is not. You can see that edge of the sights is grey/while. Although it's not 100% transparent you can at least blury see if there is anyone in the area covered by sights. Maybe if there is a way to somehow increase Depth of Field level on iron sights it could improve view through peep sights in the game making them more usefull and closer to real life? Because if you simply use model with hole like this: http://www.cheesepatrol.com/images/garand/garand3.jpg You won't see anything in the game, which is not correct. So one way is to make hole simply larger but this will make model of the gun inaccurate and still view will be much worse then it should be so I wonder if my suggestion could work.

| I'd be happy if they went semi transparent when ADS. I think they are clunky and odd now.
