V 1.15 Tank are not selectable / broken UI

I installed V 1.15 on my computer and on the FR server, everything works, game starts, server starts and load IOM.

The problem is that you can not select a tank, from the normal menu or from the 'join squad' menu.

The UI is broken you see the popup box is bigger than usual, and "role has been taken' message is at bottom of screen.
